Blocks
What a block is
A block is a sealed distribution volume: a group of published model torrents packed into one large torrent the size of a backup drive (blk_0001 fills a 4TB class volume at 3.45 TiB). Each block is immutable once sealed — the file list, the piece layout, and the infohash are frozen forever, so a download that verifies today still verifies in ten years.
Why blocks: one 3.45 TiB torrent is cheap to seed long-term and trivially cheap to mirror — a mirror grabs one volume instead of 1079 individual torrents, and archival seeds (a spare drive in a drawer) can keep whole eras of open-weight models alive with one file. The individual model torrents remain available and independently verified; a block is the same bytes, bundled.

A block lists every model it contains — open a block for the full member list, each member linking back to its model page and its individual torrent.
